Expected from us to consider hinge as a design tool for studying the relationship
between different elements. By zooming in at particular points of our design work,
we should try to articulate the ways that one element acknowledges the other,
while also maintaining their individual identities. A hinge may be a changing level of
emphasis (thickness, texture, etc.), a formal or visual alteration of the existing
elements (slits, subtractions, indentations, etc.), and so on.
